Megan Boulton
PHYSIOTHERAPIST
Currimundi
Megan works with a wide range of clients, from those managing ongoing musculoskeletal pain through to active individuals and athletes working toward returning to sport and performance.
She has a strong interest in lower limb injuries, post-surgical and orthopaedic rehabilitation, and return-to-sport conditioning. Megan is known for her structured, goal-driven approach, combining hands-on treatment with progressive, strength-based rehabilitation to achieve long-term results.
Megan completed her First-Class Honours degree in Physiotherapy at Plymouth University in 2023. She began her career in 2017 as an NHS physiotherapy assistant, gaining early experience in acute inpatient and stroke rehabilitation, which helped build a strong foundation in clinical reasoning and patient care.
During her training, Megan led a university women’s rugby physiotherapy clinic, worked with Exeter Football Academy, and supported a local rugby club. She also ran her own sports massage therapy business for three years and holds additional certifications in sports massage, taping, and trauma medical management in football.
Since graduating, Megan has focused on musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy and was promoted to Senior MSK Physiotherapist within her first year. She takes a collaborative approach to care, working closely with clients to build clear, individualised plans that support both recovery and long-term performance.
Outside of the clinic, Megan enjoys travelling, exploring new cultures, and staying active through surfing, running, football, and strength training.
